Kottke.org has a list of 50 fun things to do with your iPod (besides listen to music with those white earbuds) with links to sites that show you how to do it :)
A few examples: Dress it up, Get it a tattoo, Modify the look and feel of the iPod OS, Change the channel on your TV, View stereoscopic images or just sell it on eBay and use the profits to buy a Chinese knockoff. Enjoy!
